FAQ

Common questions.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Four hours is our typical minimum for domestic trips. We routinely dispatch same-day flights from Teterboro, Dallas, and Van Nuys — often within 90 minutes for Jet Card members.

Do you fly internationally?

Yes. Our heavy jets are ETOPS-capable and regularly cross the Atlantic and serve the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central America. Customs and immigration are pre-arranged by our dispatch team.

What is the difference between charter and a Jet Card?

Charter is pay-as-you-fly, priced per trip. A Jet Card is a prepaid block of hours at a fixed rate on a specific aircraft category, with guaranteed availability and capped surcharges. Cards start at 25 hours.

Can I bring pets?

Absolutely. Pets fly in the cabin at no additional charge. Let your Flight Concierge know when booking and we'll prepare the cabin accordingly.

What is your safety record?

Zero incidents across 73,000+ flight hours since 2007. We hold the industry's three highest third-party ratings: ARG/US Platinum, IS-BAO Stage 3, and Wyvern Wingman.
